EXPERIENCE December 2003 North
Carolina Blumenthal Performing Arts Center,
Systems and Network Administrator responsible for
maintaining all servers, applications, licensing,
desktop deployment, Cisco network devices and

utilizing Proxim Tsunami Multipoint devices.
Maintained all backup and restore operations as
well as a Disaster Recovery site. Maintained all

division as a Senior Server Systems Engineer;
responsible for supporting 800+ servers across the
nation utilizing IBM Director. Supported all
programmers and other engineers as needed.
Prepared all IBM servers for deployment to store
to replace aging systems. Participated in on-call
rotation. GE Capital
IT Solutions, First Union/Wachovia implementation,
Team and Implementation Lead responsible for job
assignments to eight other technicians to deploy
new desktops, printers and applications to First
Union Banks in the North Carolina, South Carolina,
Georgia and Florida regions in preperation for the
Wachovia take-over. Carolina
Wholesale, Systems Administrator, responsible for
all servers, maintenance, upgrades, backups and
availability; supported all users, maintained all
software licensing and deployment. Maintained all
network devices. Lockheed
Martin for Fieldcrest Canon Co, ERP
implementation; supported 200+ database
programmers, assisted Systems Administrator with
duties as requested, created and deployed desktop
configuration for over 300 desktops with 100%
success.
Configuration Technician for Duke Power Co., setup
and implemented all IT equipment for office users.
Deployed equipment as required. Opened a
home based business, Tarheel Computer Services,
offered in home and site support for all Microsoft
operating systems and software. Obtained
and completed a C+ Programming course, volunteered
time at local PC shop as a BBS Administrator and
Technician.
